01The catalogue

From the factory.

Everything here is ours. We designed it, built it, own it and run it in production, which is a different relationship to software than reselling somebody else’s.

01From the factory

Products built to do the real thing.

Three products in production, one ecosystem. Every one of them started as a problem somebody had at 23:00 with a queue at the door, and every one of them still runs there.

EventSync

Venue operations platform

One connected platform for venue operations.

Eighteen modules over one record. An event is created once, and seating, staffing, stock, the door, the invoice and the report all read from it instead of from four exports that disagree by Monday.

  • Storefront, reserved seating and card checkout
  • Bar stock, point of sale and cash movements
  • Quotes, invoicing, staffing and reporting
  • Multi-account, with its own public API
  • A SyncFac product

ScannerSync

Door and check-in application

Guest check-in that keeps working when the signal doesn’t.

The door app for the EventSync ecosystem. It holds the guest list on the device, scans against it with no connection at all, and drains its queue in order when the signal returns.

  • Camera scanning against an on-device guest list
  • Per-seat check-in and partial group bookings
  • Undo before sync, and seat moves off the live chart
  • Idempotent queue, so a retry cannot double check-in
  • A SyncFac product
  • Ships with EventSync
  • Android
  • Web

PosSync

Point of sale application

Point of sale built to keep the bar moving.

A landscape till for tablets, pulled out of EventSync so the bar deploys on its own cadence and keeps trading through a dropped connection. Every sale lands back on the same stock and the same books.

  • Category-coloured grid, shared favourites and tabs
  • Split card and cash, discounts, voids and line notes
  • Cash drawer movements and session reports
  • An ordered offline write queue that syncs itself
  • A SyncFac product
  • Ships with EventSync

Product 004

The catalogue is not finished.

We add a product when we find a problem worth solving properly, not to fill a page. When the next one is ready it will appear here, numbered, in production, and with its own reason to exist.

Build with us

Need one of your own?

If you have a product, platform or system that has to work properly, we build those too - with the same standards we hold our own catalogue to.
