PosSync

Point of sale built to keep the bar moving.

A till that stops when the internet stops is not a till. PosSync trades locally and reconciles afterwards, and the bar never finds out there was a problem.

Built for the pace of a bar

The layout assumes a busy Saturday: large targets, colour-coded categories and the products this venue actually sells at the front.

  • Category-coloured product grid with shared favourites
  • Tabs, so a table can run and settle later
  • Line notes, discounts and voids where staff need them
02

Money is handled properly

Payment is where an offline till usually gets vague. This one keeps the detail and hands it back to the books intact.

  • Split card and cash on one sale
  • Cash drawer movements recorded as they happen
  • Session reports that close the till against what is in it
03

It rejoins the platform on its own

Everything rung up offline is held in an ordered write queue and replayed to the API the moment the connection returns.

  • Sales, tabs and movements queued in the order they occurred
  • Stock and pricing come from the same catalogue as the platform
  • Nothing is re-keyed the next morning
