Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of syncfac.com, the public website of SyncFac (Pty) Ltd. They do not govern the use of any product we operate. Each product is supplied under its own agreement, and where those terms and these terms differ, the product terms apply to that product.
1. This website
This website describes who we are and what we build. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates an obligation on us to supply anything.
We may change, move or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice.
2. Accuracy
We take reasonable care that what is published here is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. Product capabilities, availability and pricing change, and the authoritative description of any product is the one on that product’s own site and in its own agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The SyncFac name, the SyncFac mark, the product names on this site, and the design, text, images and code of this website belong to SyncFac (Pty) Ltd or to the parties who licensed them to us.
You may read, print and share this site for your own information. You may not copy the design or the code, present our work as yours, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Client names and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of the businesses they belong to.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to our products and to sites we have built for other companies. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it.
5. Liability
This site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
